Parent Forum - RSE Consultation

RSE Consultation

At Priory Junior School, we believe in teaching children about healthy relationships with friends and family, developing a good understanding of what healthy future relationships can look like.  We work hard to ensure all our children are taught how to be healthy and safe in their lives and choices they make; this includes recognising and forming positive life sustaining relationships with others both in the real and virtual world. We invite you to be part of our consultation regarding the introduction of the new R.S.E. curriculum for our school.

Parent Forums

In 2018 , we began the process of setting up a Parent Forum - and with a good expression of interest, we held our first meetings.

A Parent Forum works a little like our School Council - we have a focus each time - and then provide a chance for parents to ask questions, and provide feedback.

We started our second meeting with the topic of our Anti-Bullying Policy - we got some great feedback from everyone, and this has been used to revise our policy to make it user-friendly.

Our aim is for the forum to grow - as we strongly believe that by working together in this way, we can make our school an even better place for our children.
